What we cannot help with

btcturk.ist is an independent guide and has no access to BtcTurk systems. We cannot reset passwords, lift AML holds, recover 2FA, cancel transactions or check balances. For anything involving your account, contact official BtcTurk support through btcturk.com or the in-app help center. Never share your password, 2FA codes or seed phrase with anyone — including us.

If someone emails you claiming to be “btcturk.ist support” and asks for credentials or crypto transfers, it is a scam. We never initiate support conversations and we never ask for money or keys.
